- Appointments & Punctuality: All services are by appointment only. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a modified or rescheduled service.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling (Online, Email, or Phone ):
- Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% service fee charged.
- Within 3 hours or No-Show: 100% service fee charged.
- Refunds & Adjustments: Head spa services, gift cards, and tips are non-refundable.
- Health & Safety: Please notify staff of allergies or health conditions prior to treatment. Clients assume full personal liability for any pre-existing medical conditions or discomfort during/after visits.
